I just created a sale and while my shop shows that I have sale items in the On Sale section, the prices are not reflecting the sale amounts in my shop or in search. I tried editing and saving the sale, but that had no effect.
Anyone else having this problem?
I'd like to generate some activity with this sale, but it's going to be hard if people can't see that the items are on sale. Etsy if you're watching, please fix this!
Well, never mind. The sales prices have started to populate. Just another Esty glitch, I suppose.

@HauteVintageJewels: Due to server side caching, there is often a delay before changes propagate to your shop home page and search. The only page you can count on to be "instantly" updated is the listing itself.
Due to the extra load on their servers during the xmas rush, they may have intentionally set their cache to last longer than it usually does.
It doesn't always work, but if you hold down your Shift key while pressing the Refresh button, it will usually refresh after a few tries.
@BagmakerSupply Yes, I expected a delay, but it was longer than usual. Not sure if editing the sale actually made it finally update or not. Just happy it's now showing!
@HauteVintageJewels: We have been seeing some delays of up to 20 minutes for the shop home page to update. The <edit> and <save> method (even if you do not actually make a change) does seem to speed up the updating process for sales.
It's 11-14-23 and I am having the same issue. The sale began yesterday and none of the prices in the shop reflect the sale. Under marketing is says the sale is live. I have logged out, logged in, looked at the shop when logged out. If I go to listings and view the listing on the Etsy shop site still no sale, refreshing the page doesn't work either. Suggestions?
I'm having the same issue, I created a sale late yesterday and when I lookup my listing no sale is displayed.
@JamesDunckley: Looking at your shop home page it says "eligible orders get 25% off", so it is likely that until your listing is in someone's cart AND meets whatever eligibility requirements you set the 25% off will not show, but will be applied automatically during checkout.
@BagmakerSupply thanks for the help. I ended up deleting that sale and created another that covers all products, and it's now showing on search.
