I have disconnected and re-connected my Etsy integration on the Royal Mail Click and Drop site but when I re-connect, I revive an error message saying “connection failed”.
Exactly the same issue here. It seems neither Etsy or Royal Mail want to take responsibility and just fix the issue.
yep same here they need to fix this they always break something this time of year as soon as it starts to get busy

I'm in the same boat - can't seem to get any help from anyone and Halloween is my busiest time of year. This is causing a massive issue for me:(
Etsy told me it was royal Mails issue yet Royal Mail have a notification saying Etsy problem .
