Star Seller Score (Shipping) Calculated Incorrectly

I am starting this thread here in Technical Issues as that is what Etsy Support has asked me to do.

Support found when investigating my case that I was correct, I have many Tracking numbers that were imputed but are not being counted as valid. Sorry. End of Help. What? That was no help at all etsy, you simply said what I was complaining about was VALID but nothing you can do about it?! How is that help? Other people are getting their accounts straightened out why can't you do anything about mine?

My shipping stats have fallen 20 points in the last 2 weeks!

No, I am not imputing numbers incorrectly. No it is not the post office's fault. I have receipts from the post office with each & every VALID tracking number on them. This is on etsy's end & I do not want them to forget about it.

If my score drops every time I mail a package out soon that will affect my overall shop score & I won't be found in search. 

It is beyond frustrating to work so hard, do things right & be penalized for it!

star seller stats have made no difference to my sales or traffic.  i dont understand the obsession.

I'm glad you are not affected.

However, its not the stupid Star I care about. I want my stats to be correctly accounted for & reflected to my customers & for search.  Shops do have an overall rating not just the Star rating. This could affect my shop status if etsy search decides that I never ship on time or with tracking. It could have bad consequences down the road if not fixed now before I get to 0.

@PeachyChicBoutique: Yes, we know that support says to post here but this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.

"& I won't be found in search." Etsy has said that Star Seller does not currently affect search placement.

Then why in the world did Customer Service tell me if I didn't think my stats were correct to post here? I followed their link.

@PeachyChicBoutique: You were directed here because that is what is says in the help for Star Seller. I think they hope you will search the forum first and see how futile your inquiry is and give up. And no need to apologize - perhaps if there are enough threads about an issue someone will actually look into it.

@PeachyChicBoutique - I understand your frustration but unless you find an answer doing a search in the forums, us sellers responding to you cannot change your stats. I'm not certain if you can request a callback or maybe etsy staff monitoring the forums can have your issued reviewed.  Hope it all gets worked out for you.
