Anyone else unable to reconnect the Etsy integration connection on Royal Mail?
I had a message this morning saying my Etsy store has been disconnected. Tried umpteen times to reconnect on Click & Drop and constantly getting the message The store has been updated but connection to the marketplace failed. Please check your details and try again.
Yes, I've had the same issue. I had to delete the Etsy integration from Royal Mail, and then add it again. It seems to be working now.
