Orders missing processing time ?

We have problem ''76 orders missing processing time'' but all of our listings have their processing time set, all of our products have set the Shipping profiles with the Processing time set to 1-2 days. So how come this is possible? We lost our Star Seller star because of that. Please help.

It is a "known fact" that you CANNOT publish a listing on Etsy without the processing time set.  The system won't let you go forward without it.

This happened to me over 2 years ago when SSB first started.

They say it's a "known issue" - why hasn't it been fixed?

The chat customer service responded that they passed our chat conversation to the higher support team, and it will be handled by one of their specialists. They said to be patient because it might take a bit of time for them to reply to our email.

Till today they did not respond to us by email. So I guess I have to ask about it again the chat person customer service or create a new Case.
