Customer has not been able to post review for 2 days. When she goes to submit it tells her she can't edit ? She is an experienced buyer on Etsy. Seems to be a glitch in the system ? Will lose Star Seller if this persists and no fault on my part.

She can leave a review depending on Etsy's estimated delivery date.

Hi what does this mean? I had delivered an item to my customer earlier than the estimated delivery date. Will they have to wait till then before they can leave a review?

@RosemaryBJewellery It shouldn't be. Buyer can check her purchases and it will show when she can leave a review.

You have beautiful items!

So you don't see a review from her in your shop? Then it may still be too early, or, ask her too try on another device!

If she can't leave a review although she should be able to, then contact the starseller chat in your dashboard.

As a starseller, you have a chat icon in lower right corner of your computer screen. Maybe she should try another browser, like switch from Firefox to Chrome. They usually recommend deleting cache and cookies.

On a side note: Etsy doesn't allow any "healing" and medical promises on gemstones.

Thanks @AnnaleasFinest! That's really helpful. I was wondering why one of my buyers can't leave a review until June 1st. The order has been shipped to her and completed. If you know what the issue is, please let me know!

Good Morning, Just recently started an Etsy shop and my first sale went to Japan and the Lady say’s Etsy won’t let her leave a review which she wanted to leave a 5star rating. I am losing out what can I do. Regards Michael

The buyer can go to their 'Purchases & Reviews' page and it will tell them when they can leave a review.

• My customers are unable to leave reviews which is bad for business. My customer say that the review Windom is close so it's not allowing her to leave a review. Im very disappointed of this!

I hate this change with a passion. Making customers wait so long to review is hurting our businesses. It's a case of sellers needing to be careful what they ask for. Some sellers wanted this...so now we all suffer the unintended consequences. Fewer total reviews, and far more with stars only and no comments. That initial thrill that results in an enthusiastic review has dissipated two weeks or a month later. Then they're just reviewing to get rid of the annoying reminder. And it shows.

I have sold many items and have not gotten a review in months. I'm not understanding this. I have also purchased items and not gotten an email asking for me to submit a review. What has changed?
