Review system needs fixing

yet again a 1 star review is at the top, this is the only 1 star review in the last 3 months, spoke to support who said its meant to work that way, how is showing less than 1% of reviews at the top meant to work like that, all it does is hurt sales, wouldn't mind if it was in position 3/4 as they only display 4 but to put it as number 1 isn't a true representation of the seller  as support said.

I don't see the 1 star review anymore. Maybe it was removed? Most recent always puts it at the top

I looked at 4 or 5 of your items and did not see a 1 star rating within the first 2 pages of any of them.

The 1 and 2 star reviews are in a number of the listings. Etsy started this a while ago and everyone seems to agree that it isn’t fair.

I thought it vanished as i thought it was just a test, how can they justify that its meant to show an overall representation of the store, so clearly whoever coded it didn't think clearly as the only 1 star review out 370 should not be in position 1 especially as its not even that recent
