Review in shop and order from customer does not match

I just had a customer leave me reviews for 2 items in my shop and it shows in my shop as a 2 star review but when I look in account activity and the order details, it shows up that that customer left a 5 star review for each item. I have never seen this. Has anyone else had this issue. I do not think this is an updated review problem by the way as I went back and forth multiple times and it shows 2 star in my shop but the order details and in account activity, keeps showing as reviewed with 5 stars... so strange... desktop and phone has the same issue.

I see a 2 star review from today.

Yeah, that's what shows up in my public shop but when I click on the order details, it shows that the customer left two five star reviews.... no 2 star reviews. Its also strange that they left a review for both items purchased but the shop shows just one and instead of 5 stars, its 2....

You can actually see it for yourself. Click on that review (the item) and it will take you to that item and if you scroll down the page to where it shows reviews, you can see that the most recent review from that same customer is a 5 star review...

@MalishkaBoutique  When I do that (clicking on the item and the corresponding reviews) the 5 star review I see is from February 2nd, not her most recent from February 12th.

Could that be what you're seeing? It's actually two reviews for the same listing (although two different selections) but they are from different dates and with different number of stars.

Try doing this: When you go to that item to look at the reviews under it, sort by "recent" and it will pull up both her reviews: the 2 star (feb 12) and the 5 star (feb 2)

they both show up as 5 stars on my end. Where her order details are. She ordered both items in one order so they when I look at the order, both items show up as reviewed with 5 stars. So the one that has 2 stars, shows 5 stars in the order details. I wish I could post a screen shot here so you could see what I mean. Its really not that big of a deal as I have many good reviews to cover that, I just have never seen this before.

One review by that buyer is 5 stars and left on Feb 2nd, the second review from that buyer is 12 Feb, and 2 stars.

They bought the tutu, review - 12 Feb, and the bodysuit review - 2 feb.

They both show up in the order details as 5 stars. This customer purchased both items in the same order and it shows that they left 5 stars for both items, but in the reviews posted in my shop, one has 2 stars. That item in the order details shows that it has been reviewed with 5 stars. Its not a big deal cause I have mostly 5 star reviews but I just have never seen this before. I would post a screen shot what I mean, but I can't here...

you're right ... very weird. I'd contact Etsy. Looks like their system had a hiccup. It may sort itself out. I'd take screen prints so you can show them.
