Review entered on April 1st calculated with previous Star Seller review period (ending Mar. 31st)

Hi there! As of March 31st, the end of the latest Star Seller review period, our shop had met all of the criteria to obtain Star Seller status. The seller app is showing a 3-star review that came in on April 1st, which should have applied to the new review period. However, it was included in the previous review period, causing us to lose Star Seller status for this month.

Could someone please look into this for us?

This is a seller to seller forum, however if you look at your star seller dashboard Etsy state they won't reply/amend the star seller awards, unfortunately.

When I look at it, the 3* review is dated 31st March

a review on the same item, dated 1st April, is a 5*

It might be you are confusing the two, or the app is dodgy

log in to your account with a browser, and you will see the 3* is dated 31st March
