Star Seller badge bug

Hi everyone, I had to become star seller this april, but I didn't earn star seller badge. I have 100% message response rate - 4.9 average reviews rating - 100% on-time dispatch and tracking. I have a second shop with exactly the same metrics (100% - 4.9 - 100%) and it got a badge. Is anyone else having a similar problem and what can I do? Thank you very much!

It's not your messages that are lacking; it's your reviews.

You have several less-than-5 stars in January, February and March.

From my calculation, your average reviews rating is about 4.7

You need 4.8 or higher.

What is the current review period for april - january-march or february-april? I thought January was already out of the review.

The review period is the three months prior to the badge being awarded, so for the April 1 badge, that would be Jan, Feb and Mar.
