Hi, I'm wanting to make a 'Return Label' for an order. I clicked on the order, clicked 'create return label', filled in the size, weight, etc, and then clicked Send but it keeps saying 'Something is wrong'. I used an Etsy label to send the original order. {Crazy computers!}
When I made the label for the order it did say 'can not confirm address', so could Possibly that be the problem???? I did google the address before mailing And the Customer did receive the package, so the address is legit.
