Hello! I have a product I use printify for, and they used DHL to ship my product to a customer. They did so in the appropriate timeframe and in a timely way. I was watching and waiting and it never did update on my etsy dashboard. I checked tracking and made sure it was ok and it ended up being delivered to my customer just fine, just nevery syncing with etsy. Now, it says 18 days since it was supposed to be shipped and i've been chatting with support and trying to figure out how to update it to reflect the actual date it was shipped, July 26th. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this done. All the manual "complete order" options only give me a couple dates to choose from, none of which is near July 26th. How can I input the tracking, carrier and date, so that it doesn't impact my star seller rating? I could cancel the order, but that would refund the customer, which is also not what I want, since they received their 3 products already. Help! Chatting with someone got me nowhere. And I don't want to be penalized for something that is an issue between etsy and the 3rd party...when everything went smoothly except for this piece.

If the tracking info was never entered when it shipped you can't go back in time and add it retroactively. Etsy support won't fix it for you or adjust anything re: star seller. Unfortunately it is ultimately your responsibility to manage your orders, that includes making sure the appropriate tracking info is entered or synced from your production partner. You should have just marked it completed manually and entered the tracking info your production partner had for the order if it wasn't happening automatically. While having things integrated is super convenient it isn't fool proof. Sometimes they get glitchy, buggy, fail to sync or otherwise don't work properly. It's your responsibility to manage your orders and business not etsy's or printifys. This isn't a technical issue, it's a you failed to mark the order complete issue.
You waited way too long. As soon as you saw it was not syncing, you should have marked complete and added the tracking number.
