I can’t understand how my response time to replying to messages has dropped over the last few months when I always get back to purchasers on time. This means that I don’t get my star seller badge for these months!

We double-checked your Star Seller, and we can confirm that you have 100% for the Message Response rate. Please note that only the message initiated by your buyer(not by you) are being counted towards your Star Seller. To check the messages that were counted towards your Message Response rate, you can download the CSV file by going to your Shop Manager > dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the Message response rate tile > select the Export link called "Download Message History"

You have to reply to each new message thread, which is also highlighted in blue
If you download the CSV, you see which ones you missed

Something is wrong, I had a message yesterday morning from Oz, I replied in 2-3 hours, but my dashboard shows as no messages received, so something isn't working properly.
