I have been dinged for not responding to a spammed message on this platform to my Message Response Rate.  I want that ding removed.

To tyr to get it removed you will have to contact Etsy. You are only talking to other sellers here.

Are you just saying it was spam or did you send it to spam?  It makes a big difference.

If you didn’t respond or send it to spam then it counts as not responded to it. You need to follow the rules and do something to every message, so if you just ignored it then Etsy is correct. Why didn’t you just send it to spam if that’s what it was?
