How long does technical support take?

I have a problem in my shop where the front picture zooms in on the listing. Looks horrible. 

Customer service can't help and has sendt a help request to their technical support. So far I have waited 3 weeks for Etsy's technical support team to fix the issue.... 

Has anyone experienced this glitch or knows how long i'm suppose to wait for help?

Really feels like I pay way to much in fees for the terrible service etsy are providing at the moment.

@BaunhoejClassics  - This has been mentioned in other threads for about the last month, maybe even longer. No one is sure if this is a glitch or if it's some sort of test.

Etsy prioritizes issues/glitches & even if it is one, since it appears to be random & probably viewed as not affecting sales, Etsy may not be looking for a fix asap.

I had a look at a few of your listings and they displayed okay. 

Be careful with spellings - it is Table in English and it has been translated as Tabel.

Cool shop but very expensive - maybe things cost more in Denmark?

Right now, it's just one listing that has this problem. Next week its a new one. And sometimes up to 3 listing. So it really bothers me since it looks unprofessional.

Expensive....well I mostly sell brand /Designer items so they are naturally more expensive. And then there’s 13% etsy fees and even more if its offside adds… then comes danish tax at 44% so I see the prices as fair.

This is a known bug that is affecting many shops. Who knows when Etsy will fix it - contacting support won't really help.

Have you tried resetting the thumbnail zoom?

If that fails, try uploading the first image again (you might need to rename it so Etsy thinks its a new image)

Just wish the customer service were honest, feels like they are gaslighting when saying they will look at it.

@BaunhoejClassics  Hi, just wanted you to know. I clicked thru your Shop and am not seeing any problems with your photos; they're lovely.
(Desktop computer, Chrome).  I'm glad Amaradorn's suggestion helped you.

I've no experience contacting Etsy Support (I did it once when I first started here, back in 2011). But you're right; people shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive someone who is knowledgeable about issues.  I see it too much around here.  Frankly I think Etsy needs to improve their Customer Service greatly.  All these steps trying to get email, Chat and what have you; then you hope you receive someone who doesn't send you a generic copy/paste response (and one which does not address your problem).  BTW, should that happen, respond directly to that email, "I still need help" (Don't start a new one. This will just put you back farther in line).

Thank you for the kind compliment! I'm using Safair on my computer where it is visible. 

There were only an 1minut waiting time in their chat which were great. But the person I chatted with just have those copy paste answers, and dodging anserwing my question about how long the waiting time would be. She then just wished me a god day and closed the chat. I had another question I was going to ask. I thought it was a bit funny at that moment, it is usually the customer that ends the chat. I guess they just are not going to resolve the issue.

Problems like this may be a combination of computer and Etsy.  These kind of issues are hard to find answers for.  If Etsy cannot replicate they may tell no problem or just not reply back.

The problem happens sparingly so that very few are affected considering the number of shops.  If you can fix it by editing or reloading that may just be the way it has to go.

Yes seems like I have to just keep reloading, and not wait for them to fix it. It is 2-3 different listing each week so it's not a good solution for the long run.
