Dashboard looked ok, upgraded to Etsy Plus then a yellow banner appeared to say my shop has been placed in holiday mode (it hasn't, it all looks like normal) and will be permanently deleted 1st May. The file an appeal button takes me to a page that says there are no issues with your account for the appeal process. The reason given was high case rate, my case rate is 0 for the last three month period.
I've had no emails from Etsy regarding this or any cases (I've checked the customer service stats tab and the cases page, nothing new so still 0) and can't seem to contact anyone.
Etsy is my main income so this is worrying and confusing!
Has this happened to anyone else?
Seems like the message is in error.
Is it gone now? Now you really can't change a single thing about your shop without the risk of losing it altogether.
You can betcha I won’t be upgrading to Etsy Plus!
It does sound like a mistake though.
