Hello Etsy Community,
I hope you’re all well. I’m reaching out for help getting my shop, Eco925, back online after it was placed into Holiday Mode on 30 January 2025, pending document verification. I fully respect Etsy’s verification processes and the Community Policy here, but after months of radio silence I’m at a loss for how to proceed.
About My Shop:
Active on Etsy since 2014
Nearly 1,000 sales and a long‑standing Star Seller
Specialising in handmade sterling silver signet rings
What’s Happened:
30 Jan 2025: Shop forced into Holiday Mode—no prior warning
Submitted all requested documents immediately (passport, marriage certificate, National Insurance number)
On 22 Feb 2025, I was told via support ticket #19373974 that an email was sent at 8:18 CST—but I never received it (inbox and spam checked).
I was also locked out of my paid Pattern website during this time.
Attempts to Resolve:
support tickets opened: #18902223, #18941053, #19031637, #19165953, #19314350, #18526068
Follow‑ups via the Help Centre, Twitter (X), and Instagram—each time told my case was escalated, but no further updates
It’s now 20 April 2025, nearly three months since the initial suspension, and I’ve heard nothing from Jude or any other team member
How You Can Help:
1. Re‑activate my shop or advise me on any missing steps so I can upload any additional verification you need
2. Confirm the correct email address for follow‑up (enquiries@eco925.com and cc info@heritagesignets.com)
3. Point me to the proper channel or person who can complete this process without further delay
I understand and respect the Community Policy’s emphasis on privacy and constructive discussion. I’m not here to relitigate policy, only to ask for the support I need to resume trading on Etsy. Any advice from fellow sellers who have navigated this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your time and any guidance you can offer.

Hello! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your account. We've forwarded your concerns to a specialist team. Thank you!
Please know we handle support inquiries privately per our Community Policy – we’re closing this thread, so you can get the support you need from us directly.
Quit opening multiple tickets. Etsy will just close them. Only reply to one message stating that you still need help.
One thing I did notice is that you don't list all the members of your shop. Since you are a family-owned business everyone should be listed as members of your shop.
It is Easter here in the US but maybe a forum moderator will see your post.
@ModAngie - can you help this seller?
