Hi, I was chatting with Etsy support, but he didn't end the conversation, so when I texted the message again, support didn't help because it's still open. There is no automatic reply before a human talks. How can I fix the issue?
You can't fix it--and when this happens I have never heard of anyone managing to get it fixed.
Also, remember that chat is not Etsy employees--it is outsourced. They are given a script to read when replying. If what you want help with does not fit into any of the scripts then they will tell you they are referring it to a "specialist", or they will simply "hang up" on you.
Unless your problem is financial or involves hacking you may get more help by asking here in the forum.
I didn't know that they're outsourced. I have a digital store and I reached the support. Told them the issue. He said he took some notes that's urgent. Let's wait and see if it's going to be fixed
