Renewal options * and Type* option - is not saving

Hi team,

When editing a listing, select one of the Renewal options * and Type* option , and click on save. It does not save the option.

Each renewal lasts for four months or until the listing sells out. Get more details on auto-renewing

This listing will renew as it expires for $0.20 USD each time (recommended).

Manual

Expires on Sep 17, 2022

Type*

Physical

A tangible item that you will ship to buyers.

Digital

A digital file that buyers will download.

Thanks for your response. I did that already. These selections were working before as I set them up before. In the past few weeks, the selections were gone on all my listings, so I tried to select them again... some are physical some are digital listings... I tried to save the selections again and again to no avail. Note that I am able to click on the selection, as the selected button turns green, then I click save, and the system says it was saved. Going back to the listing, the buttons are unselected ... not sure what is going on. Thanks.
