Number of Sale Items incorrect

Etsy, The number of sale items is different to the items the Folder sources the information from. A client purchased a 50% off product that was not even on sale. I didn't decline the sale as it was a return customer, but these are costly mistakes that need to be quickly rectified.

You have 20 listings with the 50% off sale and one item where you reduced the price but did not include in the sale.

Thanks Nana Letha, unfortunatelly that is not what is causing the issue. The rule category in the coupons and sales is to convert all the items that are in a designated folder (in my case the folder name is called 50% OFF - CLEARANCE) and create the sale price/ discount for those products based on the discount category selected. Etsy then reduces the price on those items. That is how the functionality should work. So if I have 21 items in XYZ folder, the ON SALE item should be equal.  Thanks for responding !

yup, one of your items in that section is not actually on sale.

When it gets bought, and renews, you have to manually add it back to that sale.
