After 2.5 years Etsy decided to remove one listing (one of bestsellers). Because of: We removed listings from your shop that don't follow our policies
Received the reasons in email and replying to them:
But no success, nobody is responding and nobody is helping to that. Please help to solve the issue.

I'm not sure but it seems you have not stated who is your production partner. I only see the location of them in China.
Another possibility is your location. I see on a listing that the shipping is from CA and your shop main page location has NY.
Production partner is stated in all listings.
I see you also sell on Amazon, but I did find one of your coffin bed tree on a site that sells Halloween/gothic/horror style products. They use different photos, but the tree is obviously the same design as yours and they're charging almost 5x what you charge. Their About info says they ''specialize in creating and curating a diverse range of products.'' Maybe your production partner is selling your designs without your knowledge?
It could be that you also sell on that site, but no credit is given to a designer or manufacturer, so Etsy may think you're reselling if your products are found on other sites. If you don't have any affiliation with that site, you're going to have to deal with them.
Hey, please share the web you found. But the real reason can be defined exactly from Etsy side, not only some standard text, which is explaining anything.
If nobody responds to your email within a reasonable amount of time, I would contact Etsy support. Go to "Help" at the top of this page and then go to "Help Centre". Then scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Contact Etsy Support" and create a ticket.
Already did that- And found status - This request is complete. If you need further help, create new ticket :(. No comments, no answers.
