Regarding the issue of not being able to receive small deposits after updating bank account informat

Hello everyone,

I recently updated my bank account information for my Etsy shop, but I have not received the micro deposits from Etsy for verification. I am not sure if the issue is due to incorrect bank information I uploaded or if Etsy has not sent the deposits.

Currently, Etsy is asking me to upload abank statement to verify my account. I would like to ask for your advice on how I can complete the account verification process. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and could share how they resolved it?

When I changed my bank account I did not have to do any verification.

Perhaps I am from outside the United States, as I uploaded incorrect account information during the first verification of my account, which resulted in the Etsy store refunding the small deposit. After I re uploaded the correct account information, I have not received the small deposit from the Etsy store

Where are you located?  You have no location posted.  Your listing says DHS, MD which makes no sense,

If you are in the US, your verification is through Plaid which does send a small deposot if you are doing it manually.

If you are outside the US, the Etsy does send a small deposit for verification?  Is this a Payoneer account or regular bank?  

You may need to contact Etsy directly to find out what the issue is.  If you entered information incorrectly you may need to have Etsy remove the wrong information so you can place the right information.

I am in Indonesia and this bank account can be used normally. I have previously changed my bank account (due to uploading incorrect information, Etsy's deposit was refunded once). This is a newly uploaded bank account, but I have not received any small deposit from Etsy store since uploading it

If you are in Indonesia then why are your items shipping from Maryland? Something is not right with your shop.

Why does ETSY send micro deposits and not the entire amount of a sale? I recently opened a shop and its funny how the process to get paid here works.
