Regarding response times

Lost star seller this month status because somehow it did not calculate responses correctly, even showing I responded 5 minutes after receiving message from customer. Someone need to really look at how this is happening and is very unfair to your sellers that lose it because of problems in system. Doesn't leave a good taste for your sellers when this happens and no one to correct the issue.

@mdgiftart   There are a substantial number of threads on this subject in this forum. This is a seller to seller peer forum and not a way to contact Etsy if that is your hope.

It seems that Etsy "customer service" often makes that suggestion - just wanted to make sure that you know there is no guarantee that anyone from Etsy will see your post.

Quite possibly the support personnel have read this: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503?segment=selling

It includes this highlighted paragraph:

"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
