Verifying my account

Hi,

I have tried verifying my account , I have followed the following steps

• On Etsy.com or the Sell on Etsy app, click the Your Account icon, then click Shop Manager.
• Click Finances.
• Click Payment account.
• Click Verify bank.
• Enter the amount of the small deposit received in your bank account.
• Click Verify bank.

but when i get to the step where i click my payment account there is no verify bank button anywhere on my page.

short of my updating my bank details I have no idea where to find this button to click and verify, any help will be appreciated as I dont want my shop suspended , and unless I can verify my account i might never get it back up and running
