Refund page not working!

At least since yesterday the refund page it's not working! 
I'm trying to refund shipping overages to a seller whose order i already shipped (shipped yesterday) and when i click the button "review refund" the page turns gray and doesn't proceed. It's not a problem on my PC, it's just that page that it's not working.

Try a different browser to see if you get a different result.  I use Chrome with no issues.

Using Chrome too... but i manage to make the refunds through safari on my phone. On my PC the problem continues.

Did you try logging out and back in? I just mailed something an hour ago and I was able to refund shipping overage just fine. I used Edge

I refunded earlier today with no issues.  As @TheHomespunLoft suggested, you could log in and back out.  I'd suggest any or all of these:  reboot your computer, clear the cache on your browser, try a different browser.

No, and i'm afraid to be locked out (i read so many horror stories) but i did try to refund on 2 different computers. So definitely it's not on my side and again the gray screen is different from the windows freezer screen when it's an issue in the computer.

 It makes no sense that you would be locked out. 

You sound like a right fighter. So of course it can't be "your computer". 

Try to contact Etsy and ask for their help then as the rest of us who responded here are not having those problems.

Having the same issue.  It's happened multiple times. I ended up having to send a refund by check. Real paper. Old school. In the mail.

I tried to sign out and it didn't work to solve the issue but thanks for your suggestion.
BEFORE i post the issue here i tried 2 different computers, both using Chrome. And i really know the difference between a computer freeze and an Etsy page freeze, glad that you don't know because that means that it never happened to you (nor that you were locked out of your account).

I manage to make the refund through the mobile version of Etsy on my phone but i cannot make it on my PC still (using Safari). 

Next time i have a refund to make i will try other more logical suggestions and try to install another browser but it looks like Chrome is working for others. That being said not everyone experiences the same problems at the same time so i guess that others may experience the same problem as I just didn't post here. And i don't have access to the chat even after being a Star Seller for way more than 3 months straight (6 actually). Looks like smaller non-us countries do not have this privilege. And yes, i tried all the links in the help section, and during an hour that Etsy was up and running since we are in different time zones.

In summary, the problem continues, and logging out of my account didn't work. Manage to make the refunds using Safari on my iPhone (mobile version) in case anyone comes across this post and has the same problem.

Hi! Etsy end up fixing the problem and until now i didn't have any more issues.

Having the same issue on my computer.  On a Macbook and using Chrome and when I review the refund, the screen just goes grey.  Tried on my mobile and can't find the refund button on the app (and going through safari on my phone just brings me to the same app page, and still no "refund" but I can cancel, which I don't want to do).  Oddly, I had two shipping overages that I was refunding.  One went through (screen way grey, but it worked when I hit the return button).  Second one I cannot get to work for the life of me!  Super frustrating.  Not sure why this happens.  But glad I'm not the only one.  Wish there was some clear-cut reason and better work around.  I'll keep fooling with it, but it honestly shouldn't be this big of a struggle.
