Repeat buyer that left four 5-star reviews apx. 2 weeks ago. She purchased 4 more very similar items. I replace/renew sold paintings with the same (new)painting (same size, price, weight, style, etc.) and take new photos. She purchased 3 of the new paintings and when she left reviews yesterday they “Updated” rather than created New Reviews. So instead of eight 5 star review it only shows five reviews.This worries me because she just bought 7 more paintings yesterday and many of them are newly created (but same) paintings. For example she purchased an ornament and then wanted a duplicate ornament but one less bird. So I renewed the same listing for that ornament. Now when she leaves a review for both of those ornaments it will just “Update” the review she leaves for the first ornament. It’s a waste of buyer’s time to leave several reviews when it is just updating. Now my glowing reviews she left first are erased and updated with new ones when she intended to leave a new review not update a recent review. (Label may not apply but required to add one and none apply - this does seem to be a technical issue that should be changed)
If it's the same listing but simply renewed, you'll likely keep having the same result. Maybe you need to create new listings.
Wow. I've never heard of this. And I agree that "this does seem to be a technical issue that should be changed".
If I buy something and then go back to buy another, I might not have the same experience both times. So both reviews should be valid and shown.

For a total of 8 separate reviews.

I see 8 reviews from the one buyer on both a computer browser and the app.
You know this may be on the buyer's end and a buyer error. Perhaps instead of leaving a new review on the new item she herself (the buyer) is simply updating the review she already left (while thinking she is leaving a new review). I have no idea how one would go about asking a buyer if they had done this and explain, as it would be so convoluted!
All 8 reviews are there. Not a user error, at least not on the buyer's end. Doesn't seem to be a technical glitch either.
The pages maybe just needed to update or refresh.
