I'm receiving an error that something went wrong when trying to upload a finishing digital design to a custom order that I have. I've tried both JPEG and PDF files, and neither are working.
This doesn't seem to be resolved yet. When should we expect an update? Has anyone had any luck yet uploading files to complete custom orders?
Not yet, still trying from yesterday, i am just sharing the mail to customers with their orders

No progress for me. Still the same error message. I am just emailing my files with an explanation to my customer. Hopefully everyone will understand until we can load files:)

It still hasn't been fixed for me. I am going to have to go on vacation mode until it is fixed
I also went on vacation mode which is very frustrating. I have been waiting for a day and a half now for this to be resolved. I've sent my customers the files through email but I cant complete the orders on Etsy. I will be so pissed if I lose my star seller badge because the order is taking too long to complete
I just I tried to send a message to the Etsy legal team (found their email online) but I just received an autogenerated response that the legal team does not support the topic in question. I was able to send an email to etsy after trying a number of options in the help center, eventually, one popped up and allowed me to email them. I am hoping for a response soon! I didn't realize it was so hard to get any help from Etsy, makes me question what will happen with other, more serious issues?
They are looking into it thank goodness! Been having problems for almost 24 hours with this.
I received an email about an hour ago. They said that they're aware of the issue, but at this time they don't have a timeframe for when it will be fixed. They said that they "prioritize our technical issues based on the impact to our marketplace". So, it might be really helpful for everyone to submit a support ticket! *fingers crossed* Hopefully this will get fixed today!

Which tab/issue did you click to submit a request? There is no option for technical.
I didn't submit an official request - I talked to them via chat yesterday and they put it through. That's the link they sent me via email if I needed to submit a new one.

I'm receiving the upload error for just a generic digital file listing (not a custom listing). It's been happening for about a week now and I have not been able to create any new listings. The file sizes are all below the 20mb limit per file and I'm using Google Chrome for my browser if that helps. Any thoughts on what the issue might be??
I have tried with several different files and some will load and some will not load and they're all different sizes on my Mac...very frustrating...
