Hi, has anyone else had this issue or any ideas what can be done about it... I receive an email confirming that I have made an online sale, and it's genuine, but the order is not in my online shop. It does not appear in my Etsy Seller App but weirdly, it does appear in my partner's App?! If she logs in online, however, it does not appear in the shop. What the hell?
Check your completed sales - Etsy may have cancelled/refunded it already due to unauthorised use of a credit card.
Do you have multiple shops?
Does your partner have a shop?
Have you tried logging in via a browser?
You should be using separate browsers for your shop and your partner's shop to avoid being logged in to the wrong one.
Hi all, I really don't know how but the Sort filter had been changed to Dispatch Date. I ALWAYS have it set to sort by Newest Order. Anyway - as a result, the order had just been moved to the bottom of the orders so I just wasn't looking there for it. DOH! Thank you anyway
@VanwearUK: This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data. The consensus is that a shop should manage messages and orders via a browser until these issues are resolved.
