Wrong message history - effecting Star Seller badge

Hi. I checked my message history and it is showing I didn't respond to a message from a different shop that is on vacation mode. Plus the message is from almost 5 months ago. How can this be corrected?

If a message from 5 months ago is showing up on your current CSV, that's a glitch. (The fact that it's from another shop or that the shop is on vacation doesn't matter.) You can contact Etsy, but they're unlikely to fix it, according to many other posters who have encountered glitches.

@MoonriseAndFireflies: Are you basing this on the CURRENT period CSV file? As mentioned, only the first message of a new thread with an expected reply by date (in UTC not your time zone) in September, October, or November should be included in that file and affecting your Star Seller stats.

Yes. I'm going of the file i just downloaded. It says the message was sent in September, but it was sent in July. It is also for a different shop that I have, not this one.

@MoonriseAndFireflies: What does the actual message show? You can easily get to it using the link in the CSV file as long as you are logged in to the correct shop.
