I received 10 days ago a final policy violation warning from Etsy and i can't contact with support.
All the items on my shop are totally handmade and i can approve it with videos, photos etc. But every time i open a case they close it.

What "final policy violation warning" did you receive?
Was it copyright? Trademark? Creativity standards?
Did they say you were reselling? Aliexpress or Temu sellers may have stolen your photos, and Etsy may have thought you were reselling factory made items.
Some you can dispute - others you can't.
They said Creativity Standards.
If i use Google photo search i can find my photos on different marketplace i have a store like Amazon
If you can find your photos being used by other sellers - not you - you have to go after them to get the photos taken down.
Etsy will automatically assume you are reselling and shut you down if you don't.
Have those photos taken down, then contact Etsy with proof. Show them what you did and ask for your items to be reinstated.
Only open one case, and keep replying to it that "I still need help". Every time you open a new case it goes to the bottom of the pile.
They close it if I reply
There are a couple of items shown in your review section that can be found on other sites. For example, the Hades and Persephone statues are being sold by an Ebay seller who listed its country of origin a country very different from your own. They use the same photo as yours, as does a site dedicated to Greek mythology.
You should do image searches for your items to see if any other sites have stolen your photos. You'd then have to attempt to get those sites to remove them.
I need to check it one by one
Veronese Design.
is the company who makes the bronze statues.
in your shop.
i sold one of their vintage pieces last month.
they have been in business since 1988.
reselling their new items is a policy violation.
making molds of their items.
and making replicas of them = infringement = against the law.
how many warnings have you received in total.
6 listings for totally handmade items.
Some veronese i had was old pieces but i don't sell them anymore
This is tricky, as you have listed multiple production partners that make molds for your statues. These production companies are likely selling the same molds to other companies that are also making the same statues. You are selling reproductions of ancient statues, so the actual original artists of these statues are long gone.
I use different materials, sizes etc.
It's legal to make reproductions
You have production partners listed, that means they are not handmade, but - designed by.
Production partners should only be listed in listings that someone else makes for you, to your designs, not things you make yourself
were you listing them correctly?
Most items are handmade on my workshop. I have also many vintage items i bought years ago. Veronese et.
The funny is that they reported unique items made by me 100%.
You misunderstand what I am saying,
If you make them yourself, or they are vintage, you should not have listed any production partners
You have production partners, that means you do NOT make them yourself.
Somehow you are listing things incorrectly
