I am unable to print packaging slips and receipts. Always says cannot print pl are contact Etsy support which I did and have not heard back from tech support.
@myfreshvintagefinds - There have been various threads on the printing problem. That includes labels, packing slips, etc. Many shop owners report they're trying to use the app or their phone's browser.
The only thing I can suggest is to use a computer if possible.
Make sure you are using a browser and not the app.

I’m having the same problem. Brought me to tears yesterday trying to get help. Asked for a call back. Nada. I can’t get back to the “help” thread to follow through. At my wits end. And I’ve been doing this for decades. Not a newbie.

Having the same prob. I texted w support and they said it must be a browser problem, to use a different browser. They said they didnt see the problem from their side. I not going to change my browser now! I dont’ think that Safari is the problem. Seeing the Qs here, i think that it is a Etsy problem. HELP!

I’ve been trying to print receipts and packing slips for over an hour, but keep getting a message that says “Could not print documents”… I reloaded the app, but still having the same problem. HELP! I have 2 orders to fill. Any suggestions??

Now, I am able to print using the Etsy website but not thru the Etsy app.
I am having the exact same issue. For the life of me, I can’t even locate where exactly Etsy support is. I can type in my concern in the help tool bar but I get a pre written form type response that has nothing to do with my question. Can anyone out there help me to locate where or how I find proper Etsy support in this case? Or does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Same printing problem using laptop (2 different browsers so that is NOT the problem) Sign-in has been a nightmare! No wonder we don't have sales!
I also haven't been able to print from the app for 2 or 3 days. Works fine from the browser, though.
