All of my orders are shipped with tracking but Star Seller calcs are showing 9 orders missing tracking, which is not the case. Its knocked me out of my shipping badge for July. I know there was a glitch with this way back. Anyone else experiencing this again? I have 2 shops and its happening in both of them
I suspect your carrier's shipping is not integrating with Etsy.
As long as you are using a recognized carrier, you should be able to enter the tracking #'s manually.
You can verify what is happening by downloading the star seller orders csv file and seeing which orders were not counted and then check your orders to see what they show as tracking. Look for a pattern ... particular carrier, date range (might have been a sync issue for a period of time), etc.
And you may find that the information syncs correctly after a day or so.
@MiddleMillDestash: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm which orders Etsy thinks were shipped without verifiable tracking?
What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
"All of my orders are shipped with tracking ..." An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number entered onto the order equals shipped without tracking.
