Rearranging my listings

I would like to know why when I go to rearrange my lisings photos on my site, no matter where I choose to put them, I will go back into my shop and they are arranged in a different order.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Do you have custom order for listings enabled under Settings, Options? It sounds like maybe you don't. Do you click on Exit Rearrange after you rearrange them?

Yes I have it set custom order for listings enabled and I do click on exit rearrange after doing so, that's why it does not make sense to me. Thanks you for trying to help. I really appreciate it.

it only adheres to the custom listing order from your home page of the shop. if you go to any of the sections -- it defaults back to the order in which they are listed (or relisting, if sold or renewed)

so, not sure, but maybe its the way you are looking at it? if you go to home page, the "ALL" section it will show your custom sorting of listings. if you click on an individual section -- it will go back to  the newest listings on top. i dont think there is a way to keep the sorting in place for each section.

I have been rearranging my listings on my phone (old app). Is there a way to do this on the new app or my laptop? All I see on my phone on the new app is to be able to put my shop on vacation.  I prefer to be able to see my listings in a custom format as I keep like things together. (And ask buyers to check out the custom setting as well). Thanks!

It only applies to the home page of your shop. It is not possible in individual Sections.
