HI, for about a week now after I purchase the shipping label, the tracking info and line with the scroll down menue that lets you vew shipping details is no longer there - I have to open a whole new window in SOLD items and search there for the order to get the shipping details - is this system wide or just a glitch in my account? Please let me know how this can be reinstated - Thanks! Janet
I don't see where I can add files to show a visual
