Rearranging Featured Listings Is Not Working

I have tried rearrange my featured listings multiple times and it is not working.  Initially, I thought I did something wrong so I went in and did it again and made sure I clicked on the done button at the end.  Unfortunately, it is still not working.

@CarolinaHats   I experienced the same thing yesterday.  Wait a half hour or so and go in again.  That worked for me.  I often have the same problem when I'm moving listings from one page to another.  It will work for ten or so and then won't work.  I use the same solution, and eventually they all get done!

This is still not an acceptable solution on Etsy's behalf. Something is broke. It used to work immediately, and who wants to waste time? So frustrating.

Same here. It’s driving me absolutely nuts. After about 5 or 6 tries it ‚sticks‘ sometimes….

I'm having the same problem. Yesterday I tried to change all 4 featured items, did it over and over again, and only got one to stick. Tried again today...no luck.

I can't rearrange my featured listings either, after adding a bunch of new listings yesterday and today.  I've tried rearranging and tried deselecting the current featured listings. Nothing is working.

Like others have said, I gave it a few minutes then refreshed the page and it finally worked. Why can't this be fixed so it works the first time?

I have tried updating my featured items from the shop home page and also in listing manager numerous times today and none of the changes are updating.  This is frustrating and wasting my time.  Please fix this!

This has been irritating for months, and seems to be getting worse.  I don't think un-featuring, managing, or going through the re-arrange interface is correctly marking the items as modified, so nothing changes.  doing it over and over 8,000 times is super frustrating, especially when you want to have your featured items reflect seasonal changes, sales, etc.  Please fix, etsy!

Last week I tried eliminating all listings with the yellow star so there were no featured items and then Etsy picked items to feature I did not want to feature!

No point asking them to fix any tech problems here, it won't happen.

You can also go to Shop Manager-Sales Channels-edit shop to edit featured items.

I don't know what's up, but it looks like they are testing/experimenting with featured items, since off and on, in the last few days, I have seen my featured items disappear, and then reappear.

I currently have a screen open where my featured items are not showing, but there is a Featured items section in my shop that I did not create.

This still isn't fixed. This time I wanted to rearrange my featured listings and it's not even showing the ones in the queue I want to feature. I wish Etsy could stop trying to tell me how to price my listings, and let me arrange them how I'd like. Is that too much to ask?

It does not show up immediately. Do your changes, then wait. I only do them once, but then wait about an hour and they have appeared. I know it is a pain and needs fixed, but at least it works with one try IF you wait long enough to check your front page. Don't keep repeating...it just slows it down.

I wanted to update that this did work finally.  I made the changes and saved the new order, then left it alone and checked back.

I've been having the same problem but wondering why all of a sudden?  Use to change as soon as I returned to the front page of my shop.

I experienced the same thing recently.

It worked but took awhile. 

When something doesn't work the way it should or at least the way it used to, I try different things. I never know for sure if it's the last thing I tried or the passage of time or my will finally getting through to my computer.

One of the things that I think may have helped was refreshing ... F5, F5, F5.

The other was going to get more coffee.

My featured listings will not update.  I know this was a problem a few months ago.  I have tried for a couple of days.
