You are not talking to etsy here. Your shop shows NO SALES, so I'm guessing you were SCAMMED. 

Did you receive a message from "etsy support" asking you for your email and then got an email to "verify" your financial information?

If so, call your bank or credit card immediately and report fraud.

There are many scams going around, so read through the forums and familiarize yourself with common scams.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

It does sound like you may have been scammed. Were the messages in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, they are a SCAM.

Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but apparently this is only true when using a browser.

If you provided any personal or financial information contact your financial institution immediately. If you provided any log in information you need to change those passwords.

Hello

Alles was ich getan habe,habe ich über die etsy.com Domain abgewickelt.
ich habe hier auf etsy.com beantragt, es kam mail zur verifikation, das ich verkaufen kann, hat er gesagt.
Alles ging von etsy.com aus

Ich würde es nicht von einer Mail aus starten, wenn ich nichts beantragt habe.
Ich habe es hier getan.
Ich habe einen korb reingestellt.
Der support hat den korb daktiviert und gesagt es wäre noch eine verifikation nötig.
Also es hat sich alles hier abgespielt.
Dann wurde ich gesperrt und plötzlich war ich in der comunity und mein shop ist frei.

Sie sehen, alles war hier

dann haben sie betrüger4 in etsy selbst.

es wurde auch der besucher counter von 18 aif 11 runter gesetzt.

das ist merkwürdig und jemand will etwas vertuschen

Yeah, you were scammed.

You might find it hard to believe, but it is what happened.

You were not scammed by Etsy, but by someone to whom you gave access to your private email and bank account or CC numbers.

I think that you don't understand what happened and how it happened.

There are many posts on the German seller forum, all of which talk about these scams and how to protect yourself.

Be smart and visit the German forum for updates on this subject.

ich habe sehr viele screenshots wo zusehen ist das allles hier auf der etsy.com abgelaufen ist

Sie können sagen was sie wolllen, ich werde etsy anzeigen. ich kann es belegen. wieso sonst wurde mir der shop gesperrt, weil ich gesagt habe ich will nicht mehr, weil es angeblich schiefgelaufen ist.

in meinen einstellungen das nachrichten center haben die bestimmt nicht manipulier, das kann nur einer intern gewesen sein.
Ansonsten wäre ihre gasnze etsy.com gehäckt

They told you to give them your email or click on QR code. That took you off Etsy so you were no longer on their site, you were then conversing with scammers and not Etsy.
