I was just having a look and it seems that one of the messages that I received was spam, which is why I didn’t respond to it.

I’ve now marked it appropriately as spam, and I’m just wondering if this will rectify the issue, because other than this one message I would have Star Seller status.

Etsy only calculates star seller on 1st of the month,

so when they calculate it on 1st Jan, they will ignore the spam one
