Tanti clienti mi scrivono per ringraziarmi del pacchetto arrivato prima del previsto, sono felici e vogliono lasciare subito una recensione positiva, ma segnalano che non possono lasciare una recensione prima di una certa data.

Dicono che lo faranno appena Etsy lo permetterà, ma i giorni passano, l'entusiasmo scende, il cliente si dimentica e così si perde una recensione.. con tutti gli sforzi e la fatica che si fa a ricevere una recensione post vendita, è proprio un peccato! Vi prego di risolvere questo problema. Grazie mille. Valentina

E' la policy di Etsy e in realtà protegge il venditore da recenzioni negative di chi si aspetta la delivery in 24 ore. Dovresti essere felice dei messaggi che ricevi.

Are you using tracking?  The review window opens once the item is marked delivered.  If no tracking, there is a formula.  Processing time frame plus 4 days domestic, 10 internationally + 2 days to have the item in hand.

The review window usually has a date on it when the review window will open.

The time frame only applies if the shipping profile used on the listing that sold does not have an exact shipping service chosen, therefore no delivery date provided.

Last month Etsy changed shipping profiles so that if these did not have an estimated delivery date nor the postal code of the seller's shipping address, sellers could not create new listings, or edit any listings....all that was possible was renew with no edits.

Looking at ValeBijay's shop and listing; she does have estimated delivery dates on her listings.  The window for leaving reviews AND opening cases does not open for the buyer until that date pasts.

The only exception is when tracked shipping shows the shipment was delivered, then reviews and ability to open a case open early.

In my past experience; If you used the same tracking number on two orders , (customer has two transactions, wants these shipped together), then ONLY one opens when the shipment shows delivered, the 2nd won't open until the estimated delivery time has ended.  Maybe Etsy has fixed this recently? I am unsure.
