I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that you don't disclose your 2nd shop in your Public Profile for this shop, which Etsy requires you to do. Only Etsy can give you the reason. You need to contact them directly. They won't answer you here. This is a peer support forum. We're just other sellers.

Even if you posted from the wrong shop, you still need to disclose all Etsy accounts in all Public Profiles.

Ahh, I didn't think of that - thank you. I really hope they respond to me, I just want to talk to someone and get it resolved so its back to normal.
