I ship with the infamous first class pitneybowes shipping labels for flat envelopes. I ship patches. I answer at least a dozen messages everyday from buyers asking where their orders are. They don’t understand that items HAVE shipped even though tracking 90% of the time shows “label created” but not in transit. Most of them don’t even get scanned at delivery so I’m constantly reshipping items and losing money. It’s also taking 1-2 weeks on average for some of my patches to get delivered. I don’t know what to do 🤷🏼 Is this an issue that will ever be resolved so we can serve our buyers better and with more accurate information.
