Images not loading on listings

Is anyone having issues with listings loading images? 

I have tried the app and on web/safari - the images once selected don’t load. On the app I get an error message and on the website, nothing at all. 

I have contacted support but so far there has been no help and I am concerned about missing the Christmas buyer opportunities.

The images aren’t being added to the listing as I create the listing.

@NanHadOneOfThose: There are many many threads in this forum about your issue. Have you tried a different browser? Apple devices and browsers appear to have a higher incidence of problems.

Check that the image file format you are trying to upload is jpg.

Apple's default HEIC format is not accepted. You have to select the "most compatible" option in the camera's settings to enable saving as jpg from the camera. The standard Apple image preview programme apparently has a file export feature for converting heic to jpg.
