I got a message from etsy support saying send my email in the chat and I tried to send it and answer the message and it said message could not be sent.

Many of these idiot scammers are impersonating Etsy Support/Staff/Assistant, etc. They are trying to get you to click onto the email. Do not engage with them, ever. Mark the Message as Spam, just so you don't get dinged for Star Seller. Perhaps the reason your Response couldn't be sent is because Etsy deleted the account. Should you receive a Message from Etsy Staff/Support, etc. it will come in the "From Etsy" Folder (if it isn't there, it's a scam). Also, there are scammers Messaging Sellers saying they need your email for a sale. They don't; Etsy already has it. When you have an Order, it will appear in "Orders & Shipping" Page (Left Column in Shop Dashboard). If it isn't there, you have no order.
