Put in vacation mode

Etsy put our shop in vacation mode.

I verified all information.  All my support requests are ignored.  Please fix this Etsy.

Thank you for responding. It would appear I am not communicating well.

1) When going into "shop manager", it still says we are in vacation mode

2) When told the same a few months ago, we made our offerings live- we got orders

3) Etsy is holding all the $$ from those purchases ($399.10) - we seem unlikely to ever get it

4) If we assume "this time it will be different", we could lose $1000 (print.fabricate/shipping/ costs) in a day or two, and never get paid by Etsy

I have updated everything in my account- i can't get no etsy love. I am open to help, where to beg, etc

You're not in vacation mode, unless you're talking about another shop.

Thanks- that was years ago. I never got a action notice. We learned we couldn't list them, and stopped.

I can see your 1 listing too. I see you also had "Grinch" items removed. That could be why you are on vacation mode, possible suspension coming soon?
