Etsy Chat broken?

Hi I was in chat, the person I was chatting with was no help at all. Now chat is broken & zero response. 

Nobody can help me?

I'm having issues with sales.

I understand I have fees. That is shown very well. But my payment for the specific order can not be found as it does not exist.

My pending deposits are shrinking as I make more sales. And no deposits for the sales I've previously made.  There is literally no way I can find what I'm to be deposited for each specific order. Or I wouldn't be here asking why my funds available for tomorrow have changed multiple times as I've made more sales. It literally is 10.00 right now & was 40.00 before I just made a sale & its like my previous sales for deposit just dissapeared. Complicated to explain.

Order does not exist? Then no sale.  Is it pending?  If this was an email order that is a scam message.

Payments made with credit card. No scams here. I see my pending. But my deposits scheduled for tomorrow have sharnk & dissapeared completely.

Etsy chat for helping was awful I gave it a Zero out of 10. Tried to talk to somebody else. Waste of time. 

If I could match order number to fees & what will be deposited I would not have any issue. But there is zero place to do this.

I know this doesn't fix the issue, but wanted to say I am having the same issue. I have not been able to use Etsy chat support at all since Dec 31. I have been trying to get help with shipping account adjustments and no response at all is coming through. Is there another way to contact etsy support? The email no longer works.

I can’t reach help either. From my zendesk email, it says click on this case but when I do, it says page doesn’t exist
