Purchasing Shipping Labels

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing shipping labels today??

YES!! I was able to purchase some earlier today, but right now (1pm, EST), I get a failure notice.

I am getting a message that says 

"You just purchased 0 labels

1 label failed to purchase"

YES! I'm getting a failure notice for shipping labels as well. 11:30 AM MDT.

Yes, was also able to purchase this morning but now getting failed to purchase message

I am having the same issue trying to purchase labels.

I am experiencing the same issue at the moment. Waiting on Etsy customer service to get back to me.

I just finished up with Customer Service and I was able to purchase my label via the Etsy app. (I'm presently on my computer, which was giving me the issue.) The order did complete and I was able to print my label from my computer. Using the app for label purchases may be a workaround until things are resolved.

I did note that my browser (Chrome) updated this morning, so it's possible it could be an issue with the browser. Customer Service has elevated the issue to IT and is also checking the forum for related threads.

This is happening to me today. "failure to purchase" notice

@TreeTreasuresCanada  - I think your issue might be different.  Canada Post is down for maintenance until tomorrow.

Same issue - probably related to the Canada Post update that isn't quite complete or fixed

Mines also not working, but I'm shipping within the US so I'm not totally sure why?
