When I click on "my purchases" from the drop-down menu, it will only show me the first 2 purchases on each page. The rest of the purchases are greyed out and not clickable.
This is causing some grief as I cannot go to some of my digital purchases and download them to use. This has been happening for over a week. I have tried 3 different devices and 3 different browsers.
The seller that was having this issue as well just reached out to me again. We both have the same add blocker on our computers. Clearing cache and cookies didn't work - router didn't work.
What did work is turning off our add blocker for this site. If you are having issues - give it a whirl.

Mine are all loading. Since you tried everything else, try resetting your modem.
I have been approached by other sellers having this same issue.
Nothing I have tried has fixed it as of yet.
Did you delete your history/cookies? Stuff like this happens to me when I need to delete.

I am having the same problem. I can't check the tracking on several orders due to this problem. It is not on my end.
