Hi in order to verify a change of bank account Etsy requires you to upload a bank statement into portal, unfortunately this will not work either drag and drop or download, so Etsy will not pay me until the new account is verified.
After several e mails with replies back showing me links on how to do this, without success, its gone quiet now I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this to be rectified, I have 3 figure funds locked in, that I cannot access, has anyone experienced anything like this and if so how did they go about getting it put right?

Any luck with this? Etsy is holding my funds hostage as well.
it has been going on for a couple of months now, sellers unable to verify their accounts because the either the verification button does not work or even appears
People haven't received their funds I MONTHS???
few got their accounts suspended because they could not verify because of a glitch.
Try requesting a call back from Etsy because if your waiting on a answer through email it may well be months
Thank you for that link!!! I have been emailing daily and asked to speak with someone!!
yeah emailing is problematic, Bots do not read the mails and bots only have one reply.. whatever they can copy and paste from the Etsy website
@RobinsonMerchCompany: "I have been emailing daily" Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).
Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved.
I'm still not getting my money. They are still going to hold my money hostage while they collect their fees until they can fix the upload page. What a joke!!!
I am experiencing the same technical issue. The uploading for my bank statement fails. So did putting in the direct deposit amount which failed and so to started the futile process of having to upload my bank statement.
I am experiencing the same technical issue. The uploading for my bank statement fails. So did putting in the direct deposit amount which failed and so to started the futile process of having to upload my bank statement. I've sent support 3 emails about this issue and have attached the bank statement. All replies have been robotic and refer me back to the same uploading instructions - which don't upload! They freeze my payments for 5 days after every failed bank change attempt and they ignore my pleas to advise on other ways to pass on my details to the finance team. No money for 2 weeks from my sales and the threat of suspension over my head. I've been an Etsy shop for 10 years and this gliche is causing me stress. Etsy, sort out this technical gliche so we can upload the info you want and be able to get on with our lives.
