Processing Times Bug

Myself, like many other Etsy sellers, am dealing with the "no processing time" bug on my orders. 

All of my items have shipping profiles with the same state processing time of 3-5 days. I have never shipped an order outside of my processing time. As of the time I am writing this forum post I have a total of 19 orders "missing processing time" (which is impossible as you cannot sell physical items without a processing time) 

It is tanking my shipping score and Etsy has not seemed to indicate that they will fix my stats only that "they know about the problem already" 

Has anyone had their stats fixed when encountering this bug?

Check your shipping profiles.  Make sure profile(s) is attached to all listings.  You can do that in the shop manager.

This glitch does not happen often and seems to have different reasons for its happening.  Etsy tends to gie that 'they know about...' often enough that it might mean they don't know.

I do have a processing time on every item. All my orders have been shipped multiple days before the processing time says they need to be shipped. 

My score has now dropped to 82% through no fault of mine. 

And etsy still has not done anything to fix the situation

You literally cannot not set a processing time anymore.

That bit of the article needs removing.

Whether through a shipping profile or custom shipping settings in a listing, the processing time is an * required field and it will not save and will not allow the listing to publish without it.

Yes I'm dealing with the same problem like so many others and every time I contact Etsy they say the same thing - their tech dept is working on it and my ticket has been escalated (yeah right). I've gone from 100% to 91% in 3 weeks and nose diving every day. I am curious also has anyone else ever had this fixed?

Yeah a month later and my shipping score dropped to 82% because of the bug. 

Etsy still has done nothing to restore my score

You might be able to fix the issue by setting up NEW shipping profiles (be sure to add your processing times) and then assigning those new profiles to all your listings.  Give that a try and see if it fixes the glitch.  It may take some time to see the results, but hopefully it helps.

The absolute fear of doing this and then ending up messing up every single order I get. 

About 90% of my store is under one profile, but its random which items are hit with it (items under the same profile sometimes get hit with no processing time while other items under the same profile have no issue)

Perhaps the glitch is related to all the infringements in your shop ... it's been known to happen!

I am still having this issue where I cannot update my processing time to weeks. It gets stuck in the "day" portion and won't let me change it. I have tried doing custom ones on the actual listing and just creating new shipping profiles.
