I wanted to report a potential issue with Etsy’s Mobile App (Consumer buying app). I have noticed that when I visit other seller’s stores that the app seems to be showing NO ITEMS AVAILABLE on multiple stores. The Categories are visible across the top, however the listings seem to be gone.
I wanted to make everyone (including Etsy tech support) aware of this issue as many sales come through the app.
I just wanted to add that I’m using the app on an iPad Mini running the latest OS.
@MultiformHome : This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here). There are a number of threads reporting issues with the apps. The consensus seems to be to use a browser not the app. And a desktop browsers appear to have less issues than mobile browsers.

I would also point out that roughly 70% of buyer traffic comes through the consumer buying app. So, it’s important that it works as expected.
