Problema rimborso
Mi sono stati bloccati 134,08 dal mio conto per verificare un ordine,poi mi è stato detto che per riaverli avrei dovuto caricarne altrettanti,fatto questo processo i soldi non mi sono stati rimborsati e il centro assistenza non risponde più
come posso fare?

Sounds like you were scammed. You have no orders. Did you get a message from a "buyer" asking for your email, and then a message to etsy (which was probable fake) asking you to deposit that money.
